Hey, I’m Thomas. I design products, services, and the little moments in between. If you’re curious, you can learn more about me just below.

I’m a product (UX/UI) and service designer with a background in social anthropology and a professional foundation built in the contemporary art world — a space where intuition, complexity, and high-stakes relationships converge.
Before moving into design, I worked as an art advisor, researcher, and artist liaison. Those roles taught me how to navigate competing visions, communicate with clarity, and manage shifting priorities — skills that now shape how I collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and users.

My studies in anthropology taught me to look deeper and ask not just what people do, but why they do it. That perspective still guides my design practice today: grounded in empathy, driven by insight, and focused on creating meaning and clarity within complex systems.

For me, design is a strategic problem-solving tool — not only for users, but for the organisations that serve them. I believe technology should feel human, purposeful, and intuitive. Strong solutions emerge when real-world needs are aligned with thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and a shared vision.

How would you describe your working style?
My working style is highly collaborative. I get a lot of energy and inspiration from working with people who think differently from me. I love being part of a team where each person brings their own perspective and way of solving problems, and where those different viewpoints fuse into something stronger than any one of us could create alone.
My approach blends research, cross-functional collaboration, and critical thinking to bring clarity to complex spaces. I aim to create solutions that feel both grounded and aspirational. At its core, my work is about designing with intention and creating value that lasts.

I recently worked on the end-to-end redesign of the Proximus checkout flows for residential and small business customers. The project spanned both new and existing customer journeys, focusing on reducing friction, strengthening clarity, and creating a more cohesive and trustworthy purchase experience.
I’m now part of the team redefining the Proximus+ app vision. My work centres on reimagining the app as a true digital companion — specifically in how users understand, manage, and optimise their products and services, both at the product level and within their physical in-home setup. This involves bringing greater coherence to a multi-product digital ecosystem used by millions, and shaping a more intuitive, connected experience across the entire platform.
